The podium for speakers has a large table with comfortable chairs, microphones and displays. Projection equipment and duplicate screens provide excellent visibility for people sitting in the hall. A separate booth for simultaneous interpretation allows for conferences with the participation of foreign speakers. The interior is decorated in a minimalist design in bright colors.

The room is located on the 1st floor of the demonstration pool on the side of the judges' entrance. The room has a separate climate control system. For convenience, there is a free direct passage to the pool area, which allows you not to break away from the competition process and relax in a comfortable environment.

The room has 2 functional areas:
- lounge area with upholstered sofas
- a dining area equipped with a kitchen set with connection to the water supply and sewerage system. It is equipped with tables and chairs.

Multimedia screens in the central lobby

Size: 28600x3840 mm

The video screen is located on the walls of the Central Foyer of the 1st floor and is an exclusive decoration of the interior of the Palace.
Video screens allow you to create a special atmosphere depending on the theme of the event.

Diving judging system

The judging terminals are standalone devices with wireless connectivity and a screen.

How the system works:
At the end of the athletes' performances, the competition judges enter their scores into tablet terminals. The performance results are transmitted online to a master computer, which automatically calculates the scores in accordance with FINA rules and displays the results on an LED screen.

The judging system for synchronized swimming

Omega Swiss Timing synchronized swimming judging system equipment is used for training and competitions.
The principle of operation is that at the end of the athletes' performance, the competition judges enter the scores into the tablet terminals, then the data on the results of the performance is transmitted online to a summing computer, which automatically calculates the scores in accordance with the FINA rules and the result is broadcast on an LED screen.

Underwater Camera "SwimPro"

​SwimPro allows the coach to observe the training process underwater from different angles, analyze, record, give video and audio comments, and then adjust the athlete's technique at the start, during swimming, and when turning around. It is one of the latest developments and is designed to analyze swimming techniques. The underwater camera was developed with the participation of the world's leading coaches and professional athletes. ​

​The system consists of several video cameras and a recording device with specialized software. They are widely used all over the world in the training process of water sports athletes.​

The choreography room

A spacious, bright room, ideal for training athletes in synchronized swimming and group classes in ballet and other choreographic areas. One of the key advantages of the hall is the panoramic windows that fill it with natural light and create an atmosphere of inspiration and comfort.

All gymnastic equipment is certified by the International Gymnastics Federation, which allows it to host international competitions. Bright lighting and high-quality ventilation system provide comfortable and safe training conditions for both young athletes and their coaches. Paid training services for extreme sports can be provided in the dry jumping gym.

Athletes' Challenge room / demonstration pool

Room size: 238.9 m²

For the convenience of athletes staying indoors, plastic chairs are provided, which can be numbered if necessary. A cooler is installed to ensure the drinking regime. Athletes exit through a corridor with a foot bath, which complies with the rules of the sanitary regime of the facility.

The room is located near the sports changing rooms and a corridor with access to the deck of the demonstration pool and can accommodate 100 people. The athletes' call room communicates with the physiotherapist's office, which makes it possible to prepare the participants for the start as much as possible. For the convenience of tracking the competition process, there are panoramic windows overlooking the pool bowl.

recreation room for athletes and coaches

Area: 242.3 m²

The room is located on the 1st floor between the demonstration and the swimming pool. Access to the deck of the demonstration pool and to the lobby is via a direct corridor. The room is located in close proximity to the pool, and the stained glass window with a view of the bowl allows you not to break away from the competition process and relax in a comfortable environment.

For a comfortable stay, the room is functionally divided into 2 zones:

- a relaxation area with upholstered sofas
- a dining area equipped with tables, chairs, a kitchen set with connection to the water supply and sewerage system.
There is a separate climate control system.

Athletes' Challenge room / jumping pool

Area: 162.1 m²

The room is located in the diving pool in the locker room area and a corridor with direct access to the deck of the bowl. You can watch what is happening through the panoramic window to the pool. Athletes exit through a corridor with a foot bath, which complies with the rules of the sanitary regime of the facility.

The room can comfortably accommodate up to 78 people.
To prepare for the starts, you can use the physiotherapist's office, which has an adjacent entrance directly from the call room.
For the convenience of accommodating athletes, plastic chairs are installed in the required quantity. There is a cooler with water.

VIP LOUNGE 1

Area: 51.5 m²  

Lounge № 1 is located on the 2nd floor in the diving pool area. A short corridor leads to Lounge № 2 and provides easy access to the stands on the 2nd floor for VIP guests.

The interior is designed in blue and golden tones, creating a cozy and respectable atmosphere. Natural stone is used in the decor, and soft chairs and sofas add comfort. Thanks to the panoramic windows, the lounge offers a beautiful view of the pool for watching the competition. Along the stained glass window, there is a bar table with high soft chairs.

Comfortable accommodation of representatives of sports federations in the number of 8 people is provided. The room has the necessary office furniture.

Saunas are located in the changing rooms:
• Training pool: 4 changing rooms

The changing rooms of the Palace are equipped with dry steam saunas heated by electric furnaces. Control (activation) is carried out from a remote panel in the locker room. The equipment is turned off automatically after a certain time interval has elapsed. The interior of the sauna, canopy and flooring are made of wood. In the area of the electric furnace, there is a large-size porcelain stoneware lining with a non-combustible material lining. The lighting in the sauna is soft. The lighting of the canopy creates a special atmosphere. To ensure fire safety and avoid overheating, sauna rooms are equipped with a fire extinguishing system.

The room is located in the area of the athletes' challenge room of the demonstration pool. In addition to the equipment and furniture, the office has a climate control system, and a wall-mounted recirculator irradiator is provided to disinfect the air from bacteriological and viral threats.

diving pool

This pool is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their skills in this exciting sport.

Today it is the most equipped diving competition and training complex in Russia. There are 18 jumping platforms and jumps of various heights, including a maximum of 10 meters. The bottom of the pool is equipped with an air cushion system that provides a non-traumatic, soft entry into the water. Artificial ripples on the surface of the water help athletes accurately navigate the boundaries where the air ends and the water begins. Athletes' comfort is also provided by a thermal pool and showers next to the jump tower.

children's pool

Size: 20x6 m, depth 0.6–0.9 m

All rooms are decorated according to a unique design project that creates an atmosphere of joy and comfort. The light coming through the stained glass windows fills the space with warmth and tranquility. Let your acquaintance with the water element begin in the DVVS children's pool!

The perfect place to introduce kids to swimming. Children from 1 to 7 years old can safely and with pleasure take their first steps into the world of swimming. Comfortable water temperature, convenient descent into the bowl, anti–slip coating, shower rooms - all this ensures the convenience and safety of children in the pool. The water is at the same level with the sides of the pool, which allows children to feel confident. The pool is equipped with the necessary equipment for swimming training.

demonstration swimming pool

Size: 50x25 m, depth 3 m
Stands on both sides - for 4,012 spectators

It is an ideal venue for major Russian and international competitions in sports and synchronized swimming, water polo and diving. The pool is also suitable for water shows, festivals, and performances.

The gym has 10 swimming lanes. The mobile board transforms the discipline bowl and the short course. The site is equipped with modern multimedia systems (underwater photography) for live broadcasts of events.

training pool

Dimensions: 50x25 m, depth 3 m

The DVVS training pool is a modern environment for training and exercising on the water, combined with comfort and safety. The pool is designed for professional and amateur swimming classes. There are trainings for students at the sports school, warm-ups for athletes during competitions, as well as swimming classes on a commercial basis.

There are 10 tracks with starting bollards in the bowl. Two more tracks are equipped with a second bottom system, which reduces the depth to 1.5 meters. This makes the pool accessible and safe for novice swimmers and people with disabilities. Each locker room has comfortable saunas for relaxation and recuperation after a workout.

buffet

The availability of buffets allows you to serve the maximum number of visitors to the Palace and eliminate their accumulation in one food point. Stationary buffets are equipped with the necessary engineering communications and technological equipment. The main assortment of buffets includes pastries and confectionery, as well as semi-finished products with a high degree of readiness.

They are located at the exit points of the spectators to the stands 2 and 3 (on both sides) and are designed to serve the maximum number of visitors to the Palace during major sporting and entertainment events. Buffets are divided into stationary (second floor) and dedicated areas (third floor), where, if necessary, you can mark out the catering areas. For the convenience of the audience, there are upholstered sofas and small tables in the lobby areas.

The interior of the hall is made in the general design style of the Palace, and the stained glass windows give a panoramic view of the adjacent territory of the facility and the roadway of Universiade Street. The airiness of the cafe's interior is given by the end wall with the effect of water flowing over it.

It is located on the 2nd floor on the side of the main entrance of the audience in the cloakroom and escalator area. The cafe has a capacity of 100 seats in the hall and is equipped with comfortable tables and chairs for visitors in a single stylistic solution (individual design). The kitchen can be operated in a full cycle. All necessary facilities are provided for this purpose: loading rooms; storage rooms with medium-temperature and low-temperature chambers (in the basement); workshops for cooking hot dishes. Kitchen equipment and dishwashers are available.

press bar

The area of the press bar premises: 195.4 m²
Hall area: 53.0 m²

All the functionality has been thought out for the comfortable stay of the guests of the press bar. Convenient distribution areas, tables and chairs. The room is equipped with the necessary equipment for the placement and storage of an assortment of confectionery and culinary products, preparation of hot drinks. The interior design is designed in a complex with a cafe dining room on the 2nd floor. A special feature is the ceiling pendant lights made in the form of water droplets.

The block of rooms is located on the 1st floor in the central entrance area, taking into account the close proximity to the conference hall. On days of major events, meals are usually provided in this room for media representatives or organizers. The rest of the time, due to the proximity to the training pool and being in the main area of movement of visitors, it is possible to serve the pool's daily customers.
