The Palace of Water Sports is fully equipped to accommodate people with limited mobility, allowing them to move around the facility independently and without hindrance. In the training pool, two lanes are equipped with a second-day system, which allows the depth to be reduced to 1.5 meters. This feature makes the pool accessible and safe for people with disabilities, who can swim with comfort and pleasure.

Due to illness, missed classes (visits) can be rescheduled only with a supporting document (sick leave, certificate of temporary disability). Monetary compensation for missed classes (visits) is made by calculation according to a formula approved by the management of the institution.

Starting from March 1, 2025, all visitors to the swimming pools at the Aquatics Palace are required to provide a medical certificate confirming negative test results for enterobiasis (pinworm) and hymenolepiasis (stool test for tapeworm eggs). These tests must be completed at a medical facility, and the results obtained no later than 10 days before the planned visit.
After the first visit, medical certificates must be submitted regularly:
Visitors under 12 years old – every 3 months.
Visitors 12 years and older – once a year.
These requirements are based on Sanitary Rules and Regulations 3.3686-21, clause 3343, and MR 2.1.0247-21, clause 6.2.1.
Please note: if a visitor has acute or chronic health conditions that restrict physical activity, a certificate from a pediatrician or general practitioner (depending on the visitor’s age) confirming that swimming is safe must be provided.
