We offer the service of renting a track or lanes for individual or group swimming in training or demonstration pools. We invite you for personalized swimming lessons (instruction) for adults and children ages 7 and up. This format is also convenient for family visits. Classes are held in the training pool (50x25 m., depth 3 m.). The edge lanes of the pool are equipped with a second bottom for people who do not know how to swim or are not good at swimming: the depth is 1.5 meters.
Personalized training has advantages and is suitable for people of different fitness levels.

We offer you to discover the fascinating world of diving under the guidance of an experienced coach. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those who want to improve their jumping technique. You can choose from 18 jumping platforms and jumps of various heights, including a maximum of 10 meters. Your safety and proper technique are in the hands of a professional. Training will give you a lot of emotions and new skills.

We invite children and adults aged 5 and older with developmental features to join our adaptive swimming sessions.
The Adaptive Swimming program includes general physical training in the water aimed at developing balance and body coordination in the aquatic environment. The main focus is on learning to swim and becoming confident in the water.
Classes are held 2–3 times a week, each lasting one academic hour, in the training pool on a lane with a movable floor.

To enroll a child, please provide:
– Original passport of the parent/legal guardian;
– Original birth certificate or passport of the child;
– Medical clearance from a sports physician allowing swimming activities;
– Negative test results for enterobiasis and hymenolepiasis (valid for one year, for children under 12 — 3 months);
– Consent to accept the offer agreement;
– Consent to the processing of personal data;
– Parental consent for minors to participate in swimming sessions.
Group session cost: 1,500 RUB
Personal training session: 2,400 RUB
