During February we received a lot of questions from you and we always strive to answer them in detail and promptly. In order to systematize the information and make it more accessible, we have prepared a special material with answers to frequently asked questions.
Do I need a certificate for the first visit?
Since March 1, 2025 for visiting the swimming pools of SANOU SO “DVVS” visitors are obligatory to provide a medical report (certificate) with negative results of testing for enterobiasis (scraping) and geminolepidosis (feces for helminth eggs). The visitor must submit these tests and receive the results of the study in a medical institution no later than 10 days before the desired date of visiting the pool.
Thereafter, medical reports with the results of the tests will have to be submitted regularly by the visitors:
- visitors under 12 years of age - once every three (3) months.
- Visitors over 12 years of age - once a year.
These requirements are based on paragraph 3343 of SanPiN 3.3686-21 and paragraph 6.2.1. of “MR 2.1.0247-21”.
Please note that in the presence of acute and/or chronic diseases, in which physical training is contraindicated or there are restrictions on physical activity, it is necessary to provide a certificate from a pediatrician/therapist (depending on the age of the visitor) about the absence of contraindications for swimming.
Why do I always need to bring my passport?
For registration, the original passport is required for the first visit. Further identification by the client's full name and photo.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
It is not possible to buy a gift certificate yet. As soon as there will be an opportunity - we will publish information on the website and social networks.
Where can I see how busy the lanes are by session?
Information about the lanes' capacity is regularly updated on the main page of the website in the “News” section. You can also clarify the information by phone: +7 (343) 22-222-33 (ext. 61-61, 61-62).
How and where to pay for classes?
You can pay for the services in your personal cabinet or in the main hall of the Palace at the reception desk and receive payment documents.
Can the season ticket be reissued to another person?
You can reissue your season ticket to another person through an application to the Director.
Do you have discounts and benefits?
Yes, we offer special conditions for privileged categories of citizens, upon presentation of supporting documents.
This category includes:
1. Retirees by age;
2. Children under the age of 18 years;
3. Full-time students;
4. Veterans of wars and participants of combat operations;
5. Disabled persons of group 1 and 2;
6. Heroes of the USSR and Russia;
7. Liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident.
This service is available for sessions from 07.00 to 15.00 on weekdays and from 13.00 to 16.00 on weekends.

How do I get into group or individual lessons?

Can I come to swim with a small child up to 4 years old?

What certificates and documents do I need to enroll for group or individual lessons?
The following certificates are required to enroll in group or individual classes:
1. Certificate from a pediatrician indicating the health group (1 or 2 health group) for children under 18 years old;
2. Results of examination for enterobiasis and hymenolepidosis.
Required documents:
1. Original passport;
2. Birth certificate;
3. Consent to accept the offer contract (at the administrators);
4. Consent to the processing of personal data (at administrators).
