Summer Wellness Campaign - 2024

Our sports school hosted a vibrant and eventful summer wellness campaign, which included training events and training camps.

Under the guidance of experienced coaches, our swimmers completed an intensive training program, organized training camps at the Aquatics Palace, went to the Brest Regional Olympic Reserve Center for Aquatics, Bosteri village, Kyrgyz Republic, and completed the summer campaign with a trip to the Republic of Bashkortostan, Zelenaya Polyana.

The summer training camps provided an opportunity for our synchronized swimmers to work out their programs in depth. Perfecting the elements and compositions, the athletes, accompanied by coaches and teachers, visited the children's camp "Energetik" in the village of Sukko in Anapa.

During the training events, the athletes of the diving department visited the Argo sports base. Training camps were also organized for children at the Water Sports Palace, where they improved the technique of ski jumping and tower jumping, paying attention to both the difficulty of performing and the cleanliness of the entrance to the water. The younger students trained by playing outdoor outdoor games. In addition, the training camp program included theoretical classes.

The 2024 summer wellness campaign has become an important stage in the athletes' preparation for the new season. Our students are now full of self-confidence and ready for upcoming competitions and new victories!
