Athletes from the A.V. Popov Sports School Won Medals at the City Swimming Competition!

From October 1 to 2, 2025, the City of Yekaterinburg Swimming Cup was held at the "Kalininets" sports complex. Athletes aged 14 and older participated in the competition.

Darya Putyatina won the gold medal in the 100 meters breaststroke and the silver medal in the 200 meters breaststroke.

Gleb Puganov and Platon Arapov showed excellent results, each winning two silver medals. Gleb excelled in the 200 and 100 meters butterfly, while Platon performed well in the 200 and 100 meters backstroke.

Ekaterina Merkulyeva became the silver medalist in the 200 meters backstroke, and Nikita Babushkin took second place in the 200 meters freestyle.

Bronze medals were awarded to Ilya Weber — 200 meters butterfly, and Yevgeny Mullaianov — 100 meters butterfly.
