All-Russian "Sports Dictation" — The Aquatics Palace became one of the event's venues!

On October 5, the first-ever All-Russian Sports Dictation started across the country. The event aims to improve sports literacy and foster interest in physical culture and a healthy lifestyle.

One of the event venues was the Aquatics Palace.

The participants were greeted by Olga Kotlyarova, Honored Master of Sports of the Russian Federation in athletics, 5-time World Champion, European Champion, and Olympic bronze medalist. The guest of honor shared insights about her sports career and wished everyone good luck with the dictation!

For 60 minutes, participants answered 30 questions covering the following topics:

• History of the Olympic Games

• Rules of sports competitions

• Biographies of famous athletes

• Basics of sports culture

All participants performed admirably and demonstrated excellent knowledge of sports, correctly answering most of the questions.
